Got a recommendation for this place for dinner from a local distillery- and it did not disappoint. The oysters were fresh and delicious, I had the tuna nachos which were amazing, my husband had the kimchi burger which was also very good. Cool atmosphere, knowledgeable staff and an overall great experience.
Couldn’t find a restaurant near by that wasn’t a 30 plus minute wait so the Sandspur saved dinner night! The food was so good and the fries were my absolute favorite! Def recommend stopping by and grabbing some grub!!
Food was good but a little pricey i feel for the establishment. The fish Ruben was a unique twist but still tasty. The wife had the fish tacos and they were delicious.
Visiting for the weekend and my sister took us out here. They had live music and the food is top notch! Kid friendly and the owner was great!
We hosted our staff party of 22 people and Sandspur was very accommodating. They moved the outdoor tables so we can all sit together, had a guest list for the bar, and the food was fantastic. I highly recommend them and a special thanks to Matt for helping us last night.
I love their cheese burger. French fries. One of the only place's on Island with grass fed beef. Atmosphere a little too bar like for me. But i live take out!
Located right on Lake Park Blvd. S. in Carolina Beach, The Sandspur has been the find of our visit. The food and services were flawless. We sat on the front porch with our tiny dog. I ordered a tasty beer and the chicken sandwich without the bun. My wife ordered a tasty beer as well and the tuna sandwich. Jordan took such good care of us. Delicious and fresh, the food was wonderful. A “must return”.
